About the Project

Challenge

With over 15 years of experience in the vegetable export industry, RKR Fresh needed to modernize its visual identity to compete in global markets. The company was expanding into processed agri-products and required a brand that reflected its commitment to sustainability and traditional farming methods.

The challenge was to create a cohesive design system that appeals to top-tier star-class hotels and leading supermarkets like Keells and Arpico, while communicating the premium quality of their GAP-certified, organic produce.

Solution

We developed a nature-inspired brand identity centered around a deep green color palette (#06502B) to represent freshness and organic growth. The logo integrates subtle leaf motifs with the clean Myriad Pro typography family, balancing modern professionalism with agricultural roots.

The comprehensive rebrand included packaging designs for fresh and processed goods, ensuring high visibility on supermarket shelves. We prioritized a visual language that highlights the 'human labor' aspect of their cultivation, distinguishing them from mass-produced competitors.

The Results of Our Project

The new RKR Fresh identity successfully unified their presence across both local and international markets. The consistent branding established instant recognition in major retail chains including Softlogic Glomark and Laugfs Super, creating a sense of trust and premium quality.

By standardizing the visual system, RKR Fresh strengthened its position as a preferred supplier for star-class hotels, facilitating their expansion into the processed food sector with a packaging design that stands out globally.
